Order Deadlines for Father's Day Custom Basketball Gifts (June 21, 2026)

by HoopsBasket on May 20, 2026

Custom basketball gear takes time. There’s a design proof step, a production step, and a shipping step — and they all have to land before Sunday, June 21, 2026 if you want the gift to be in his hands by Father’s Day. Here are the realistic order-by windows for each HoopsBasket product, based on how production currently flows.

Custom Coaching Boards — Order by Early June for Comfort

Custom coaching boards go through: design proof → your approval → production → ship from the US. The biggest variable is design-proof turnaround — how long it takes you to look at the proof and say yes (or ask for tweaks). Production starts only after the proof is approved.

  • This week or next (by end of May) — safest cushion for most US destinations
  • Early June — workable for closer US destinations and customers who can turn the proof around quickly
  • Mid-June — tight; contact us first before ordering so we can confirm if we can hit your date
  • Less than a week before June 21 — very tight; expedited shipping options may be available, but contact us first

If your timeline is “needs to be on the bench by Saturday, June 20,” the earlier you start the conversation the better.

Shooting Correction Machine — Order by Early June

The Shooting Correction Machine ships from California in two boxes (the main unit and the arm device). Shipping windows depend on destination. For Father’s Day delivery:

  • Order by early June for most US destinations
  • For non-US destinations, contact us with your address so we can quote shipping time and cost before you order

Custom Team Uniforms — Order Now if You Want These for the Coach’s Program

Custom team uniforms (jerseys + shorts, with names, numbers, logos) are bulk orders. Production windows for full team orders typically run 3–4+ weeks depending on roster size and customization complexity. If you want to gift the coach dad “here, the team kit is handled for the next season,” the order conversation should start now.

The first step is a quote: tell us roster size, sizes if you know them, team colors, logo. We’ll come back with pricing and confirmed production lead time. Approve the design proof, production begins.

What Slows Things Down

The two biggest variables that push timing back:

  1. Slow proof approval. The proof is shared by email. The faster you approve (or send back tweaks), the faster production starts.
  2. Logo file quality. If the only logo we have is a screenshot from a Facebook page, our design team can rebuild it, but that adds a day or two before the proof can be shared. If you have the original team logo file (PNG, SVG, or AI), send it.

How to Move Faster

  • Have the team logo file ready when you place the order
  • Confirm team colors with hex codes if possible (or describe them clearly)
  • Check your email for the proof and approve quickly
  • For tight deadlines: contact HoopsBasket BEFORE you order — we can confirm what’s realistic for your date and ship-to location
