What it is

The Custom All-Star Reversible Basketball Uniform – Kentucky pattern is a sublimated, made-to-order custom team uniform built on Hoopsbasket's All-Star reversible jersey + shorts template. The Kentucky design uses wide chest band with a contrast V-neck (the "Kentucky pattern") in a retro color story – shown here in royal blue and white, but every order is fully customized to your team colors, team logo, player names and player numbers.

The "Kentucky" name is a HoopsBasket pattern name (not a school endorsement). It identifies the cut and design lines of this template so coaches and athletic directors can pick a look they like and we will adapt it to their team's identity through our custom basketball clothes workflow.

No. Kentucky is a HoopsBasket pattern code – it names the cut and design lines of this template. The uniform is customized to your team's colors, logo, names and numbers.

What is the MOQ?
The minimum order is 12 jerseys per team. We do not run single-piece custom uniforms on this template.

Can I see a proof before paying for the team order?
Yes – we send a free design proof within 24 hours of your team quote request so you can sign off on the Kentucky pattern in your colors before production.

What sports levels do you outfit?
We work with US high school programs (varsity, JV, freshman), AAU and club teams, coaches and athletic directors. We are not a single-jersey retail shop.

Do you also make uniforms for women's and youth teams?
Yes – the All-Star template runs in youth and women's cuts. Mention it on your team-quote request and we will scope it on your design proof.

Can I add a sponsor logo?
Yes – we routinely include sponsor placement on the shorts or back-neck panel. Add it to your team-quote request.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY:

Our Return Process is simple. You can return your merchandise up to 30 days from the date of despatch of your package.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

All return charges are the customer's liability.

Important Information:

1.       DVDs, videos or PC & video games which have been opened, pierced jewellery and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if these items are received damaged or wrong.

 2.       Personalised items are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.

 3.       We are unable to return any products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (for example, underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons) or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

In line with your right to cancel, if you return your full order within 14 days of such order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs which arise if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse. If you return any or all of your order after 14 days, but within the 30 day returns period, delivery charges will be non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged or not as described upon delivery.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.
