If the total score is 100-90, 24 points will be adding up to the leading score and 124 will be the target score. Game clock will be turned off in the fourth quarter, because of the target score. Addition of 24 points is to honor NBA legend Kobe Bryant, who tragically passed away in 2020. Target score will allow us to see a game winner in every All-Star game moving forward. Because of the changes in format, the game has been way better than it was years ago.
